A Little Laughter Goes A Long Way

So, what do my 2 non-perishable items OR $10 admission get me at Get Canned? Well, in addition to...

Feeling good about supporting The Food Bank for New York City...
Networking with hundreds of like-minded New Yorker's...
Having access to our Elevation Lounge - top-notch career coaches, placement and talent agency staff, personal trainers, makeup artists...
Canned beverages, gift bags, and complimentary tickets for our luxury raffle...

Get Canned will make you laugh!

There's enough dismal news out there. It's the Holiday Season, after all! Time to lift your spirits as we all look forward to the New Year! Get Canned will have a comedy set of three very talented, New York City-based comedians:

Andy Blitz - Late Night with Conan O'Brien

Leo Allen - Comedy Central Presents & writer for Saturday Night Live

John Oliver - British Correspondent for the Daily Show

The only thing that won't be canned is the laughter!

"We will follow this story as it simmers..." - Stephen Colbert

Comedy Central's 'The Colbert Report' is doing its part to keep canned soups in the news. In an ongoing bit on canned soups, host Stephen Colbert hilariously covers the "mudslinging slimefest between Campbell's Soup and Progresso." See it for yourself and remember, if you cannot make it to Get Canned, please help us to promote the event by forwarding this blog to friends and colleagues in the NYC area who may be able to join us. Thanks!
